MHGS carry out a large number of landlord gas inspections offering discounted rates for those landlords and real estate agents with multiple properties. We are also happy to make arrangements with the tenants to carry out the work at their convenience or collect keys from agents. All of our gas safety certificates are electronic and are emailed direct to the owners/agents. We also offer great deals on appliance installs, such as hobs and boiler installation.

Servicing and Maintenance
For the safe and efficient operation of your gas appliances, It is essential that they are serviced every 12 months. Many insurers require this to be done as part of their conditions. Warranties on gas appliances also require that the unit is serviced and the service record completed to carry the warranty on the next year.
MHGS service all gas appliances
Boiler services are carried out in line with manufacturers instruction and and gas safe directive. We also carry out water tests to ensure the condition of the water in the system is not detrimental to the operation of the boiler and system. Gas fire servicing includes smoke tests on the chimney, for the coal effect fires we finish them with a spray job on the coals that bring them up like new.
MHGS can repair your appliance. Most repairs can be done on the first visit. If a part is required we can quote for the supply and fitting of the part. If we don’t carry a particular part we can order and arrange to return to fit at a convenient time for you.
